During my educational career, I gained substantial experience proposing, designing, building, and launching engaging learning experiences that implement a number of strategies. Now, I leverage this experience and incorporate adult learning theory into the end-to-end development of interactive, relevant courses that result in positive behavioral change within your business. The innovative learning solutions I design include real-world scenarios, allowing learners to take information and apply it directly to their work. I am passionate about developing equitable experiences for a variety of learners and strive to develop instruction that closes identified learning gaps.  

Learning inspires me, whether it be through research to dig deeper into content, collaboration with others throughout the design process, or via feedback and reflection. I am organized, open-minded, adaptable, resourceful, and driven. My scientific background and analytical skills have resulted in a data-driven approach to instructional design.
